After months of preparation, LEO TECHNOLOGIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE CORP (hereinafter referred to as the ¡°Philippine Subsidiary¡±), a subsidiary of Bester Telecom International Limited, signed an ODN EPC procurement and service contract with the Philippines METROWORKS ICT CONSTRUCTION INC. The contract value is about 62 million US dollars, or about 440 million yuan.

Since the establishment of the Philippine subsidiary in 2019, the initial establishment of the management system and team has been completed, and the localization of marketing, delivery, human resources and other aspects has achieved initial results. The Philippine market has gradually opened up, and it has received about 25 million yuan in the tower project of Globe Telecom, about 23 million RMB orders from the Ericsson Tower project, and about 13 million RMB orders from the Converge FTTH project. The overseas business is becoming standardized and large-scale, and the development momentum is strong.

Founded in 2013, METROWORKS is the main service provider of Philippine basic network operator Converge ICT. The signing of this contract will allow the Philippine subsidiary to undertake the general contract for the construction of the 500,000-line FTTH communication network of METROWORKS. The content includes survey design, network equipment and Material supply, installation testing, system commissioning, etc. The performance of the contract is conducive to the comprehensive promotion of our company¡¯s network construction professional technical service capabilities and full life cycle project management experience to the Philippines, improving the management level and implementation effects of overseas projects, promoting integrated information integration services for countries along the Belt and Road, and creating internationalization competitive strength.
