On June 26, 2019, the "2019 (4th) Communication Engineering Practical Skills Competition" organized by the Engineering Department of China Mobile Hubei Co., Ltd. kicked off in Wuhan. Tao Hua, deputy general manager of Hubei Mobile, and Hubei Mobile Engineering Construction Department General Manager Lu Denghua and other leaders came to the site to give guidance. After fierce competition, China Bester won the second prize of "Transmission Line", the second prize of "Wired Broadband", and the second prize of "Wireless Equipment".

The 4th Communication Engineering Practical Skills Competition is divided into three majors: transmission lines, wired broadband and wireless equipment. A total of 16 units participated in the transmission pipeline project, which was divided into three processes: safe operation of pipeline downhole, wire pull production, optical cable connection and testing; a total of 24 units participated in the wired broadband project, and the actual operation content was to complete 1 12 cores. The installation and construction of the backbone optical cable, 1 12-core distribution optical cable, 1 144-core wall-mounted optical cross box, 1 optical splitter box, and 1 1:8 optical splitter; 5 units participated in the wireless equipment project. The operation content is the installation of antenna and equipment.

Our company sent 3 teams to participate in all three professional competitions. Among them, Li Fanfu, Jiang Muling, Liu Zhuang, and Cai Hongwei participated in the transmission line project competition on behalf of the company, and Chen Shiqiu, Yu Sulin, Chen Xiaping, and Chen Liang represented the company in the wired broadband competition and wireless equipment. The event competition was attended by five team members Zhou Qi, Yin Zhiwei, Wu Zuoping, Wu Falei, and Sun Limin. They stood up to the scorching sun and heat, feared hardships, and were firm in their beliefs. With their solid basic skills, proficient operating skills, they completed the competition with high quality and efficiency. They were unanimously recognized by the leaders and referees on site, and were awarded the "Wireless Equipment" specialty. Second place, second place for "Wired Broadband" and second place for "Transmission Pipeline".

In this competition, the participating team members of our company let everyone see a team with strong business, unity and cooperation, and demonstrated the spirit of forge ahead and strive for perfection.
